Berries & Granola Yogurt Bowl
Yogurt bowls are delicious, refreshing, simple to put together and a meal the whole family will certainly enjoy! Its perfect as a breakfast, hearty snack or maybe even dessert! It can be enjoyed at home but also travel well for a grab-n-go breakfast! The best part is the topping options are endless!
Yogurt: I used Liberte's Méditerranée yogurt which is made from milk and cream.. With 10% fat, ts texture is the richest and creamiest you can find, which is perfect for yogurt bowls. If you cannot find Medititeranian yogurt, Greek yogurt will make a fine subsitite.
Granola: You can use your favorite granola blend for this. Granola adds the perfect texture and crunch to the bowl. It can be pretty high in sugar, so make sure to check the label. I love using a mix of Made Good's cocoa crunch crispy light granola & Nature's path caramel pecan grain free granola
Nut Butter: I love using almond butter for yogurt bowls but pretty much any nut butter you choose will be perfect!
Spiced nuts: Nuts like cashews, pistachios or almonds are a great addition and pack an extra crunch! I love using spiced nuts for added flavor and they can completely replace the granola if you want a grain free option. I oven roast cahsews & pistachios coated in a spice blend of cinnamon, cloves, cardamom, ginger and some nutmeg. Store in an air tight container and you can use them on pretty much anything!
